    4 teaspoons olive oil
    4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
    2 (6-ounce) cans tuna in water, drained and flaked
    1/3 cup roughly chopped sun-dried tomato
    1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
    1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
    2 teaspoons capers
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    4 cups romaine lettuce


Combine olive oil and red wine vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.
Combine tuna and next 5 ingredients. Serve on top of lettuce. Pour olive oil and vinegar mixture on top and toss. Serve immediately.
