    1 - 1kg pumpkin, cubed and peeled
    2 sm/med yellow onions, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced/chopped
    1T olive oil
    1T butter
    4c. chicken broth
    2T honey
    4T plain yogurt
    Pinch of nutmeg
    1t cinnamon
    Black pepper


1. Melt butter and oil in pan; saute onions and garlic 5 minutes.
2. Add peeled and cubed pumpkin, and 4 cups chicken broth. Simmer 30 minutes, or until pumpkin is soft.
3. Mash pumpkin with potato masher and then transfer soup to blender; puree.
4. Soup back to pot. Add yogurt, honey, chipotle.
Add nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper...to taste.

Makes about 6 servings (more or less 1c each)
