    1 box butter recipe yellow cake
    2 egg whites
    2 tbs unsweetened apple sauce

    2 8 oz neufchatel cheese
    3 egg whites
    1 1/2 cup milk (2%)
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tbs lemon juice
    1 tbs vanilla


Reserve 1 cup of the cake mix.
Mix remainder of cake mix with 2 egg whites and apple sauce.
Press into a sprayed 9x13 pan.
Cream neufchatel cheese and sugar.
Add egg whites and reserved cake mix.
Mix on medium for 1 minute.
Add milk, lemon juice, and vanilla.
Mix on low until smooth.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 300 for 45 to 55 minutes - until center is firm.
Cool to room temperature then refrigerate until well chilled.
