    8-10 yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
    3 cups broccoli flowers
    water to boil the potatoes and broccoli
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    4 tbl butter
    salt and pepper to taste


Boiled potatoes for about 20 minutes and then add the broccoli and boil for another 10 minutes.
Drain and return to original pot.
Add butter and cream and cover for about 5 minutes.
Then mash them up and season with salt and pepper. Yummy
