    1/2 cup of orange juice (or your favorite juice as base for liquid)
    1/2 cup of fresh pineapple (or your favorites)
    1/2 cup of fresh strawberries (again your favorites)
    3 or 4 ice cubes

    Press blender and pour into glass. Makes one serving.

    Very good, only I used Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice for even lower calories !
