    8 Chicken breasts with skin and bone removed
    1 cup barbeque sauce
    1 jar apricot perserves - sugar free
    1 chopped onion
    1 Tablespoon soy sauce
    1 green pepper sliced into strips
    1 pkg snow pea pods
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can chunk pineapple in its own juice drained


dredge the chicken breast in flour and fast brown in olive oil

mix BBQ sauce, peach preserves, chopped onions, soy sauce and sliced green pepper and cover chicken which is in a 9 X13 pyrux dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

then add snow pea pods and chestnuts and pineapple chunks, bake another 10 minutes.

Serve over rice Rice not counted in calories or points

4 points per serving. 3 oz piece of chicken.
