Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2/3 cup white Flour
    1-1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    Egg, fresh, 1 large, beaten with fork
    Honey, 2 tbsp )
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Butter, 1 tbsp, melted
    2 medium Bananas, mashed

Directions

Measure dry ingredients, including nuts, in big bowl.
Combine liquid ingredients in another bowl.
Stir briefly until dry ingredients are moistened... not too much or muffins will not rise correctly.

Divide equally into 18 lightly greased muffin tins.
Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees F, 20-25 minutes.
18 servings.
