Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 large, cut into wedges
    Peppers, sweet red, 2 large
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
    Ken's Steak House, Lite Northern Italian with Basil and Romano Salad Dressing, 1/2 Cup


Directions

Cut up tomatos, peppers and mozzarella. Pour salad dressing over and marinate for at least an hour.
