    6 Banana's Mashed
    4 Egg Whites
    1/2 C. Cinnamon Applesauce
    2 C. Whole Wheat Flour
    2 C. White Flour
    1/2 C. Domino Light Brown Sugar
    1 C. Splenda
    2 Tsp Baking Soda
    1 C. Walnuts
    1 Tsp. Salt


Mix banana's, egg whites, cinnamon applesauce, brown & white sugar in a bowl. Sift together White and Wheat flour, Baking Soda & Salt. Slowly blend in with banana mixture. Mix thoroughly together. Pour into 9" loaf pans about 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Makes about 24 1-inch slices.
