Ingredients

Spirutein Protein Drink Powder (from health food store) 1 scoop per person
3/4 cup of frozen mixed fruit or fruit to you preference but the same quantity
1 cup of orange juice not from concentrate
Directions
Put a scoop of the Spirutein powder in blender (a scoop for each person having the drink)
Next add 1 cup of the Orange Juice not from concentrate and begin blending
While blending add your fruit mixture until all fruit is added
Let blend until it becomes a thick smooth texture...
My blender I usually blend about 2 - 3 minutes...this time will
vary according to the blender and if fruit was frozen or fresh
All the ingredient measurements are for one serving which yields a little bit more than 8 ounces...close to 10 ounce after it is all mixed together....
This is very good in the summer especially. A little trick if you are using fresh fruit add some ice cubes to give it a little extra freeze...Hope you enjoy.
