    2 lbs. ground beef
    2 cups chicken broth
    4 tablespoons of soy sauce
    3 teaspoons cornstarch
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    4 cans LaChoy chop suey vegetables


In small bown, combine broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch. In a large nonstick skilled, cook beef over medium het, stirring beef until browned. Drain fat. Put back in skillet. Drain chop suey vegetables and add to skillet. Stir together. Add broth mixture to skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Put over the top of Rice or mashed potatoes (not included in calorie count).
Makes 8 1-cup servings
