    1 Medium Head of Cabbage
    1lb. Hamburger
    1 Box White Medium Grain Rice
    1 Small Onion - Chopped
    2 Medium Green Peppers (1-Sliced, 1-Chopped)
    1 can Tomato Sauce
    1 can Diced Tomatoes
    3 Tbsp Catsup
    Salt and Pepper as desired


Makes 12 Cabbage Rolls

Cut out the core from the Head of Cabbage. Begin to Boil Head of Cabbage, enough to soften and peel off each leaf. (Do not fully cook cabbage)

Preheat Oven 350.

Combine uncooked hamburger, uncooked rice, chopped green peppers, chopped onion, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup diced tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Add a small amount of Tomato Sauce to cover the bottom of casserole dish. Fill each leaf with approxiametly 1 cup of filling. Roll Leaf tightly. Place each roll in the Casserole Dish. Cover with the remaining Tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Add 1/2 cup of water. Add 3 Tbsp of Catsup to the top of the Rolls.

Cover and Bake for 60-75 minutes.
