    1 cup fancy shredded part skim great value mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 cup Arnold Premium Seasoned Stuffing dry
    7 Tyson chicken breast tenderloins
    1 medium zuchinni sliced
    1 medium sized tomato sliced
    1/2 cup water
    a generous sprinkle of garlic salt, rosemary, italian spices--sorry I never measure how much I use


Boil tenderloins until cooked thoroughly.
Spray a square glass dish with cooking spray and preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Put dry stuffing cubes in a small bowl and add water, mixing it around to help the cubes absorb the water completely.
Slice zuchinni and tomato.
Place half of the stuffing in the bottom of the square casserole dish.
On top of half the stuffing, lay the cooked tenderloins, and then cover the chicken with the remaining stuffing. Sprinkle with spices to your liking. Layer tomato slices on top--salt and pepper as you like.
Layer the zuchinni slices on top of the tomatoes--salt & pepper as you like.
Finally, top with the cheese and bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese is slightly browned on top and the zuchinni is cooked to your liking. I sometimes put foil on top for the last five minutes so the zuchinni can have enough time to get cooked without over cooking the cheese.
