    12 Taco Shells
    2 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1 cup Onions, chopped
    1 Head Broccoli, florets only
    1 cups Cauliflower florets
    3 Carrots, sliced
    2 cups (15 oz) Tomato Sauce
    1/2 cup (4 oz) Green Chilies, diced
    2 tsp Cumin
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 cup Water (as needed)


In a large pan, saute' onions in olive oil until soft.
Mix all other ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender. If mixture becomes to thick add some of the water.
Spoon filling into shells and serve.
