Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Italian Sausage, pork, 16 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp
    Lea and Perrin's White Wine Worcestire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 8 tbsp

Directions

makes 8 miniloafs

Preheat oven to 450

1. in medium mixing bowl stir together all ingredients, except ketchup, thoroughly.

2. allow to rest in fridge for 5 mins or so.

3. mold into mini loafs, about one handful of mixture will make 8, and place on baking sheet or 13 x 9 pan.

4. Bake for 35 minutes, then remove and top with ketchup then bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Allow meatloaves to rest before eating.
