Ingredients
-
Sugar-free gelatin -- 5 boxes (the 4 serving size box), different colors and flavors
Unflavored gelatin -- 5 envelopes
**1/2c. non-fat evaporated milk, chilled (optional)
boiling water
Directions
Makes approx. 24 2in. squares. They are very firm and can easily be eaten with the fingers. Super for kids.
Take one (1) package of flavored gelatin and one (1) envelope of unflavored gelatin, mix together with 2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Pour in 9x13 pan. Chill until set firm. Repeat with next flavor, layering colors as desired. ** For creamy layer (great with lemon flavor gelatin!) Use only 1 1/2 c. boiling water, add 1/2 c. non-fat evaporated milk after gelatin is dissolved.
Pro Tip: Let dissolved gelatin mixture cool on counter for a few minutes before adding on top of the layers in the pan. This keeps the colors separated and looks great!
