This makes for a hearty breakfast that will stick to your ribs! This makes for a hearty breakfast that will stick to your ribs!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup eggbeaters
    6 cups of uncooked oatmeal (not quick)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 cup Fat Free Half & Half
    1 Light Vanilla Yogurt


Makes 9 servings Bake at 400 degrees

Mix applesauce, sugar, brown sugar and egg beaters together. Stir in yogurt and add remaining ingredients. Bake in either a greased 12 X 8 pan or you could use silicone muffin cups and bake for 45-60 minutes. Make sure it is done in the center before removing from the oven.
