    1/3 cup Frozen Blueberries
    1 fresh peach, peeled and sliced
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 small banana, peeled
    1/2 cup fresh strawberries


Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
