Ingredients

    2 eggs
    280ml milk
    1tsp salt
    1tbsp melted butter
    225g bread flour
    1tsp active dry yeast

Directions

add one whole egg and one yolk. Save one egg whites for folding into batter then put the rest into breadmaker according to the order set by the manufacturer.

whisk the one egg whites and fold into batter.

ladle batter into hot and greased pan until brown on both sides.
