    - 300 gr of strawberries
    - 3 yogurts, individuals, low-fat
    - 2tsp powder gelatine unflavored
    - 2 egg whites


- On 3tbsp of water mix the gelatine and live it for 2 minutes. After cook slowly until is liquid.
- Keep 4 strawberries for late, the rest mix with the yogurt and blender.
- Mix the gelatine with the mix of yougurt and strawwberries. Put in the freezer until all around the mix is starting be frozen. Mix with a spoon and back again to the freezer.
-Mix the egg whites with a hand blender and incorporated to the ice cream. At this moment you can add sugar or sweetener and back for 2 more hours in the freezer.
When you need to use, take out a few minutes before serving and decorate each serving with one of the strawberries that we leave before.
