    3 lb. Pork Shoulder Roast
    2 cups apple cider vinegar
    2 cups water
    1/4 cup Tabasco Sauce
    12 packets Splenda


Trim as much fat as possible from roast.

In a large bowl, mix vinegar, water, Tabasco, and Splenda. Place roast in marinade. Cover. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours.

Remove roast from marinade. Place in a baking pan. Cook covered in a 275 degree oven for aprox. 3 hours with about 1 cup of marinade. Check for doneness, drag fork over meat to see if shredding.
