    1 pound ground round or ground chuck
    1 egg
    1/2 cup instant oats
    12 saltine crackers, crumbled
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 small onion, diced
    1/4 diced bell pepper (optional)
    4 T Heinz catsup.
    2 Tablespoons water.


Mix all ingredients except catsup. If more moisture is needed, add a little water to mix. Spray 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray. Shape meatloaf in pan. Drizzle catsup on top. Put about 2 Tablespoons of water around the outside edge. . Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 8.
