To accompany my apple and cashew salad. To accompany my apple and cashew salad.
Number of Servings: 16


    1 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp dry mustard


Mix all of the ingredients WELL in a blender.

Serve with Apple and Cashew Salad.

Top the salad immediately before serviing.

I have not yet tried lightening this dressing up a bit with less oil and perhaps some splenda substituted for some of the sugar, but I will soon. If anyone experiments with this, let me know the outcome! - Courtney
