Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large onion (diced)
    2 tsp minced garlic
    2 stalks celery (diced)
    2 carrots (diced)
    1 c. diced red peppers
    1 can of crushed tomatoes
    1.5-2c. long grain brown rice
    1 package of turkey sausage
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 c. water
