    Mix 1c milk, half a cup of sugar and 1.5ts yeast. Leave 30 mins.
    Add 1ts salt, two eggs, 115g melted and cooled butter. Add 2cflour, mix, another 2c flour making 4c total. Cover with wrap and sit overnight in warm place. Bake 12-15 mins 190 degrees celcius
