Ingredients

    10 oz.skinless chicken breast
    4 oz. arugula
    9 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 medium pears, thinly sliced
    2 oz. Parmesan cheese, shaved
    Balsamic vinegar

Directions

Grill chicken until cooked through. Remove & cut into strips.
Arange arugula into 2 bowls & top with chicken, tomatoes & pear slices.
Top with shaved Parmesan & drizzle with Balsamic vinegar.
