Ingredients

    6 potatoes
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. 1% Milk
    3 tbsp light butter
    2 tsp garlic salt
    1/2 tbsp pepper

Directions

Bake the potatoes until they are soft. Scoop out the insides of the potatoes and save the skins. Combine with the other ingredients in a bowl, and then fill the potato skins with the mixture. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 40 minutes.
