    1/4 cup water
    1 package (4 serving size) sugar free fruit flavor gelatin
    2 containers (6 oz) light fat-free fruit yogurt
    1 tub (8 oz) frozen reducted-fat whipped topping, thawed
    1 Graham Cracker Reduced Fat Pie Crust


Heat water to boiling.
Whisk in gelatin until dissolved.
In large bowl whisk together gelatin mixture and yogurt.
Fold in whipped topping
Spread in crust
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.

  • This recipe reminds me of a dessert that my mother used to make using jello, sugar, evaporated milk and a graham cracker crust... my problem would be eating the entire dessert that would serve 8! - 6/28/09

    The individual graham crusts are 10 more cals per serving but that might help with portion control and +10 is better than 8x, right?
