    1 pkg (8 oz) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
    1 package (8 oz) fat free cream cheese, softened
    1/4 C sugar
    1/4 C Splenda Granular
    1/2 C fat free greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp lemon zest
    2 eggs
    1 reduced fat graham pie crust


Preheat oven to 375

Beat cream cheeses on medium speed until creamy
Add sugar and Splenda; beat until well incorporated
Add yogurt, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest; mix well
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended

Pour mixture into pie shell

Bake 35-40 min until center is almost set
Cool and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
