    1 pkg Light Jello, Lemon flavour (or other flavor)
    1.5 cups boiling water
    2 cups Whipped topping, frozen, low fat (like Cool Whip)


(You can substitute other flavors, this adds only 5 calories, for some reason lemon is the lowest calorie Jello).

Dissolve Jello light powder in boiling water.
Whisk in light whipped topping.
Pour into individual bowls. Chill until set. Top with more whipped topping if desired.
