Number of Servings: 12


    1 cup flour
    3/4 cup oatmeal
    1 pinch salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    Mix and pack in pan saving some for top.

    3/4 cup sugar
    3 tbsp cornstarch
    1 tsp vanilla
    6 cups rhubarb
    1 cup frozen/fresh blueberries
    1 cup walnuts


Mix and pack 1st group of ingredients in pan saving some for top.

Mix sugar, cornstarge and vanilla. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. (A little food coloring may be added)
then add 6 cups rhubarb to syrup and pour over crumbs in pan. Add top crumbs and bake 325 for 40 minutes.

I change this recipe around each time I make it. I add some strawberries to it, or blueberries. I sometimes sprinkle some pecans or walnuts on top.
