    1/2 cup Non Fat Plain Yogurt
    3 fresh strawberries
    2/3 cups blueberries
    1 kiwi
    1 Tbs chopped fine walnuts
    1 Tbs Honey


Place yogurt into a bowl. Wash blueberries and strawberries. peel kiwi.
cut strawberries and kiwi into bite size pieces

Fold the fruit into the yogurt add honey and walnuts Lightly fold agian
