    1/3 cup Splenda Granular

    2 tsp ground cinnamon

    3 cup whole wheat flour

    2 cup Splenda Granular

    2 1/2 tsp baking powder

    1/2 tsp salt

    1 cup unsweetened applesauce

    4 eggs

    1/3 cup light orange juice

    2 tsp vanilla

    2 apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine 1/3 cup Equal® Sugar Lite™ and ground cinnamon until blended; set aside. Combine flour, 2 cups Equal® Sugar Lite™, baking powder and salt in medium mixing bowl. Stir in oil, eggs, orange juice and vanilla until well blended.

Spoon half of batter into a 12-cup Bundt® cake pan well sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Spread half of the apple slices over batter. Sprinkle with half of the Equal® Sugar Lite™-cinnamon mixture. Repeat layers.

Bake in preheated oven 60 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes. Carefully remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
