    1 fresh/frozen pizza dough ball
    1 c. skim milk
    2 tbsp. butter
    8-10 cloves garlic
    2 tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1-2 tbsp. dried basil
    8 oz. part-skim mozzarella, shredded
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1-2 tbsp. dried parsley


Makes 8 slices. Preheat oven to 450.
1. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
2. Grate peeled cloves of garlic with a microplane into melting butter. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes until garlic is cooked & lightly golden brown.
3. Heat milk in microwave until hot but not scalding (1-2 min).
4. Add flour to butter/garlic mixture and wisk, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add warmed milk, salt, peppers, & basil; wisk together. Continue to cook over low to medium heat, wisking often, until thickened & bubbly. Allow to cool slightly.
6. Roll/stretch pizza into greased pizza pan (12-15 inch round works good, depending on how thick you want the crust to be).
7. Pour garlic sauce over the top of the unbaked pizza crust, and spread to within 1/2 - 3/4 inch of the edge.
8. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over garlic sauce.
9. Sprinkle parsley evenly over mozzarella.
10. Sprinkle parmesan evenly over parsley.
Slide pizza pan into oven onto rack in the middle or pre-heated pizza stone in bottom. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly & browning, and crust is golden.
