Ingredients

    1 15 oz can of pumpkin (just pumpkin, not the pie filling)
    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt (vanilla flavor is also good)
    1 cup 1% milk (substitute skim or soy if desired, though calorie count will differ)
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or more to taste)
    1.5 tsp fresh ginger, grated (substitute dried if desired)
    1 tsp nutmeg
    3-4 ice cubes.

Directions

Mix all ingredients with immersion blender, regular blender or food processor. Makes 4 1-cup servings. May be frozen if desired for later.
