    6 eggs
    Asparagus spears
    1/2 cup onion
    1 cup mushrooms sliced
    3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
    Salt/pepper to taste


Cook the asparagus, onion and pepper (cut up first) in a small pot for about 10 minutes to soften it up.

Mix together all the remaining ingredients and put it in a 9 inch pie plate (spray PAM in the pie plate) and cook on 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or so.

Serves 4 :-)
