    8 (13x14 inch) frozen phyllo pastry sheets, thawed
    no-fat, butter-flavored cooking spray


Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat muffin tin with cooking spray (8). Coat large cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Unroll phyllo sheets; cover with plastic wrap or towel. Spray one phyllo sheet with cooking spray; place on large coated cookie sheet. Spray second phyllo sheet and place on top of first coated sheet. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets. With sharp knife, cut through all layers of phyllo sheets to make 8 rectangles.

Lightly press each rectangle into muffin cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until light golden brown. Makes 8 cups
