Introduction

Ingredients

    Salad
    - organic spinach - 2 cups
    - organic kale - 1 cup finely chopped
    - 3-4 egg whites boiled and coursely diced
    - 1 handful walnut halves
    - 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds - roasted
    - small amount for color and variety - leek, radish, celery, any other cilantro or parsely

    - Dressing: 2/3 olive oil, 1/3 apple cider vinegar (Braggs), garlic - 2 cloves and fresh ginger - finely chopped to taste, sesame oil - 1/3 tsp., cayene pepper to taste, and Braggs liquid soy - as salt substitute to taste.

Directions

Makes a nice main course meal for 2-3 people as a main course. You can add a 12 grain or dark rye bread and butter.
