Ingredients

Red Potatoes, 1 pound cut into wedges
Baby Carrots, raw, 8oz.
Mushrooms Fresh, 1 package pre-sliced (8 oz)
Onions, raw, 2 medium cut into 1 inch wedges through the core
Celery, raw, 4 strip (4" long) sliced
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 3 lb
Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 can (14 oz), ready-to-serve
Mushroom Gravy, 1 can (10 oz)
Garlic, 4 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Flour, white, 1/4 cup
water 1 cup
Directions
Makes 6 Servings
Put in a 5 quart slow cooker add carrots, mushrooms, onion, potatoes, and garlic then add meat on top of veggies.
In a medium sauces pan add broth, gravy, flour and seasonings gentle cook until flour is dissolved and well mixed in. Pour mixture over meat and veggies
Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 - 10 hours.
