1 pkg family size brownies, plus ingredients to make
    2 pints strawberries
2 pkgs (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (I use fat free and sugar free)
1 1/2 cups cold milk (try not to use nonfat)
1 large container frozen Cool Whip, thawed
1 oz square semi-sweet baking chocolate, or semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare and bake brownies according to package instructions. Allow to cool completely.
2. Slice 1 pint of strawberries, and place in a single layer over the brownies. Combine pudding mix and milk in a large bowl; whisk just until mixture begins to thicken. Gently fold--do not whip--2 cups of Cool Whip. Spread mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
3. Slice remaining strawberries. Place remaining Cool Whip into large Ziploc bag and twist bag closed. Cut corner tip off bag to create a "decorating bag." Cut brownies into squares; garnish with whipping topping, strawberries, and chocolate (shaved or chips).

I made this for a 4th of July party and it was a big hit. I will definitely make this again. I used skim milk and fat free cool whip. - 7/5/09
