    93% ground turkey or beef, 1lb
    15 bean soup, 4 cups
    3.5 cups diced tomatoes
    4 cups water
    Whatever seasonings you like (not in nutritional info).


Soak beans overnight. Brown meat. Add tomatoes, beans, seasonings and water. Simmer for at least two hours, or until beans are tender.
