    3 c diced potatoes
    1 med. head cauliflower
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. grill seasoning (or whatever you like)


Mix all ingredients together - making sure to coat potatoes and cauliflower. Bake in a 9x13 pan for 35-45 minutes until potatoes are done.
