Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups of sliced squash
    1 cup sliced onions
    salt, 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper to taste
    1 T extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Take 1 large piece of heavy duty foil. Place squash and onions on one side. Drizzle with EVOO then salt and pepper to taste. Fold over and seal edges of foil by folding over several times. Place on rack (second shelf up if you have more then one). Close grill, cook for about 20 min with low heat.
