Ingredients

Buttermilk, low fat or non fat 1.5 cups for 1.5 to 2 pounds boneless chicken
Hot Pepper Sauce, 8 tsp or to your liking
    *Panko Breadcrumbs, 1.5 cup
**Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese Shaker 1/4 cup
*Cayenne Pepper, .5 tbsp or to your liking
Olive Oil, from an olive oil mister

Directions

1.Combine hot sauce and 1 1/2 cups of low-fat or non-fat buttermilk in a container large enough to marinate the chicken. (Use as much hotsauce as you like. I like it spicy so I used 2 TBS.)

2. Place 1.5 or 2 pounds of boneless chicken tenders or boneless chicken breasts in the marinade.

3. You can marinade up to 6 hours or as little as 1 hour before cooking.

4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

5. Place Panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper and combine on a plate.

6. Roll each piece of chicken in the breadcrumbs and place on a lightly oiled cookie pan or tray. Spray each tender or breast with olive oil using your mister.

7. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes. If using whole boneless chicken breasts you may want to cook 5 - 10 minutes longer.

8. For the last 5 minutes place oven on broil for browning.

9. Serve with dipping sauce.
