Ingredients

5 medium egg whites
Ground pepper
Ground salt
100g of broccoli florets
1 tsp of olive oil
Directions
1. Crack 5 medium eggs and seperate the whites into a small mixing bowl.
2. Place 100g of broccoli florets in a steamer.
3. Grind black pepper and salt into egg-white mixture.
4. Use a fork to beat the egg whites until its looser and there is a little foam.
5. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to a frying pan and heat it up.
6. Add the egg whites to the pan.
7. Leave for about a minute each side, flipping it over using a spatula.
8. Test the broccoli to see whether its cooked, by prodding with a fork.
9. Serve up and enjoy!
