    1/4 cup Fiber One cereal
    1/4 cup regular oats
    2 large egg whites
    1 piece light string cheese
    1/4 cup diced mushrooms
    1 Tbs. diced green pepper
    1 Tbs. diced onion
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    optional: oregano, onion powder, red pepper flakes


Preheat oven to 400.
Blend Fiber One and oats in food processor or blender. In a small bowl, combine this mixture with the egg whites, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Spoon mixture onto a sprayed non-stick pan and cook over med-high heat until the bottom is slightly browned then flip.
Once both sides are browned, remove crust and let cool.
Cook veggies in same pan over med-high heat 1-2 minutes (use water). Remove from heat.
Season tomato sauce if desired. Pour onto prepared crust.
Evenly top with string cheese pieces and veggies. Place pizza on oven rack and cook 10 minutes.
Cut into quarters and eat!
