    2.5lb chuck roast
    4 raw carrots
    2 med onions
    4 potatos
    1/2 cup bulls eye
    1/2 cup water
    crock pot


cut up : chuck roast, carrots potatos, onions (peel layers). put in crock pot and and bbq sauce and water and cook for 8 hours stirring occacionally. makes roughly 8 1cup servings depending on ingredient sizes.
