Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp. olive oil
    13 large prawns
    1 basa filet (about 150g)
    1 cup bay scallops (about 40)
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cups slices mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    1/2 cup corn, frozen or canned
    6 cups milk (I used 1% to calculate the nutrition)

Directions

Place olive oil in a large pot. Add shrimp, basa, and scallps. Add onions. Cook until the seafood is almost done. If necessary, add water to prevent from sticking. Add the mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are almost cooked, add the red pepper and corn. Add the milk. Season with salt pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, etc. as desired. Simmer on low until serving. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
