    3 cups squah
    1/2 cup onion chopped
    Cream of Mushroom Soup-98% Fat Free
    2 Tbsp Mayo
    1/2 cup 2% Cheddar
    10 Ritz Crackers
    2 Tbsp I can't Believe it's not Butter


steam squash and onion until tender. Saute squash and onions in butter for a few minutes to add butter flavor. Add all ingredients and Salt and Pepper to taste and put in greased casserole dish. Bake 350 for 30 min.
