    New Potatoes, 340g
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1.5 cup cherry tomatoes
    Hellmans extra light mayonaise, 3 tbsp
    Lemon Juice and zest from 0.5 lemon yields
    Beef, round steak/fillet, 300g
    rocket leaves, 3 cups
    0.5 - 1 tbsp worchester sauce


Preheat oven to gas 7 / 220C. Put potatoes into pan of water, bring to boil and simmer for 5 mins.

Drain potatoes and put into roasting dish and toss in 1tbsp oil, season and cook in oven for 25 - 30mins until browned.

Put to9matoes into separate tin, toss with rest of oil and roast for 15mins.

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest, season to taste and put into a bowl to serve on the side.

Season the beef with black pepper and the worchester sauce. Sear on a hot griddle for approx 1 -2 mins each side (or cooked to your liking).

To serve, divide the rocket up and put onto each plate, scater with the potatoes and tomatoes.

Slice the beef and put the slices on the salad, serve the dressing in a separate bowl on the side.
